Truck Side Curtains

• Protects against knife attacks and theft by reinforcing truck and lorry side curtains.
• Mesh flexibility ensures movement is not restricted, while improving security.
• Provides drivers with extra time to react in case of attempted robbery.

Insulation Jackets

• Reinforcement mesh can be installed inside or outside jackets for wear protection or external element resistance.
• Available in single or double wire knit with 0.25 mm - 0.35 mm wire diameter.
• Material options: 304 or 309 stainless steel depending on working environment and customer requirements.

Seating Reinforcement Mesh

• Used in public transport seating to prevent vandalism and increase longevity.
• Can be bonded with various fabrics:
  • Aramid cloth
  • Standard cloth
  • Water proof cork
  • PVC
  • Non-metallic systems
• Feedstock widths: 500 mm and 600 mm; standard roll length: 60 m
• Wire options: 0.25 or 0.35 hard drawn wire co-knit with aramid yarn.
• Optional edge protection available
• Can be co-knit with aramid yarn, able to withstand up to 15 kPa laceration force, cut tested to 45545-2-2009 Annex A and heat tested to ISO5660-1-2015.
• Flexible and easy to work with, designed for long-lasting protection up to 5 years

• Materials: 304 or 309 stainless steel, aramid yarns, and optional non-metallic fabrics
• Wire Diameter: 0.25 mm - 0.35 mm (single or twin)
• Width Options: from 500 mm - 2,000mm depending on application.
• Roll Length: Can be cut to shape and size, or to any length required subject to weight restrictions and application.
• Applications: Truck curtains, insulation jackets, seating reinforcement
• Durability: Up to 5 years with standard usage, resistant to laceration and vandalism
• Bonding: Foam backing optional, suitable to be bonded to various fabrics.
